The Return and Refund Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through shoplilextra.com. Please note that the return/exchange policy at our A Lil Extra retail store differs from the online return/exchange policy.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from shoplilextra.com. Purchases made through shoplilextra.com are valid for an exchange, refund or store credit within thirty (30) days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Jewelry may not be exchanged or returned.
- Gift card purchases and clearance merchandise cannot be returned for credit or a refund.

We are happy to accept your shoplilextra.com items for return or exchange in any of our A Lil Extra retail stores.

- Refunds are issued only after the item is returned in-store or by mail.
- Refunds for online purchases returned will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit within one (1) week. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- If you made your purchase using a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued to the in the form of a gift card or store credit. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s).
